GKG Law
Resources and Publications
The members of our Trade Association Practice Group publish articles on many aspects of association law and procedure. From antitrust to corporate governance to tax, our articles appear in the magazines of our association clients, in publications designed for the association community, and in legal texts.
For many years, we have authored the chapter on antitrust compliance included in the Antitrust Advisor (West Group). We write a regular column in Association Trends, an association newsletter, and we serve on the Advisory Board of BottomLine Briefing, a publication widely distributed in the association community.
Our articles are usually focused on specific issues and are designed to provide practical advice to enable our association clients to deal with the legal issues that they face on a day-to-day basis. Other articles address a broader range of compliance issues, such as how to deal with a government inspector who shows up at a member's facility or how to establish an antitrust compliance program.
